New to cake? The basics are KEY in decorating, so this class is a must for new-comers. Each student will learn how to properly ice a cake, decorate with basketweave and top with roses and other garnishes. *In addition, you'll learn: swags, piped borders, rosebuds, and more. Each student will create their own showpiece, supply list will be provided upon registration.
