How long will it take to receive my order? TOP Custom sprockets are individually machined and personalized to order, so please allow up to three weeks for them to be delivered. All other in stock products will be mailed within two business days after the order is processed. What if I want my own design? TOP Let us know what you want and we'll see if we can engineer it for you. Please keep in mind there will be an adiitional fee and possibly a longer delivery time for one-of-a-kind sprockets. What forms of payment do you accept? TOP We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. How much does shipping cost? TOP There is a $4.95 shipping and handling fee for all orders shipped within the US. For expedited shipping or international orders, please contact us to make further arrangements. Do I have to pay sales tax? TOP We are required by law to charge 7.1% sales tax on all orders shipped within Arizona. Shipments to all other states are not taxed. What is your return policy? TOP Sprockets are custom made and personalized, and are therefore not returnable. If there is an error made by us involving personalization or size, contact us and we will provide further instructions. Please keep in mind we create the sprocket's personalization and size exactly as you enter when you place your order, so double check your spelling, and option selections before submitting. We are not responsible for spelling or size errors made by you when you order. How secure is this site? TOP This site uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). |
