Executive Pastry Chef and owner, Gloria, first realized her passion for the Baking Arts as a young child when she would spend hours in her mother's kitchen baking special treats for her family. After graduating from the prestigious California Culinary Academy in San Francisco with honors, she founded Dolcé The Little Bake Shop, the realization of a life-long "dream come true". With a simple twist to an old-fashioned favorite, Gloria has transformed the cupcake into a petite but elegant gourmet specialty that can be enjoyed by everyone.
