If you see a SOLD item that you like, I can usually make another similar piece, so please email me with your ideas! If you'd like a certain design made with a different gemstone, or color, email me and I will let you know the cost and how long it will take to complete.
How Much Is Shipping And Handling? All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. I charge a flat rate of $5 for shipping and handling on all orders.
What Do You Do With My Personal Information? The personal information and email address you provide will ONLY be used to process your order, reply to your feedback, or send you new product updates. It will never be shared with ANYONE else for ANY reason.
Is There a Return Policy? I believe in and stand behind all of my work. All items are returnable for credit or refund (less shipping) if returned in original condition within 10 days of receipt of shipment. If you paid by credit card, I will credit your account. If you paid by check or money order, I will issue a check. Please call or email me before you return an item. If your jewelry should ever break, just return it to me (with all of its original pieces), and I will fix it for you. This is good for one year and all you ever pay is shipping.
