Peppermint Rainbows created this dress for a dear friend, who is also a sorority sister and dedicated fan of Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia.  It turned out so well that we've been asked for more!  This blue and white gingham dress is accented with yellow polka dot gross grain ribbon at the hem and shoulders.  Fully lined with shoulder buttons.
