  ****Any monogramming done on items we sell are included in the price given; which includes the first name or 3 letter initials.  Each additional name is $3 each.  We offer embroidery designs and appliqué’ designs for an additional charge.  We monogram any outside items that are local.

  ****Other Designs and Motifs – Price is based on size and stitch count.  Please see embroidery designs or appliqué design pages for examples.

  ****Since items are custom made, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.  We are sorry for this inconvenience. 

  ****Please be sure of correct spelling of name and colors you want, once monogramming has begun it cannot be changed!!  If you give us the wrong spelling, there will be a $20 charge for removal of the name and correction.

  ****You can securely place an order via email 24 hours a day/7 days a week.  All major credit cards & checks are accepted with PayPal.  We accept money orders and will not start the order until payment has arrived.  Returned checks will incur a $25 service fee.  

  ***SHIPPING*** All items can be shipped through USPS with delivery confirmation.  Shipping is flat rate $8.00.  Local delivery is available free within a 25 mile radius.
